Ingredients

20ml Cointreau

30ml Tequila

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

10ml “Cranberry Sauce” (50/50 Cranberry Sauce and Syrup)

5ml Agave Srup

20ml Passoã Passionfruit liqueur

Glassware

Short glass, full of ice

Method

Shake and strain on the rocks

Garnish half the rim with Herb Salt (dried sage and sea salt), top with redcurrents and gold dust

Ingredients

40ml Mount Gay Eclipse

20ml Lime

5 Mint Leaves

15ml Cinnamon Syrup

Top up with Cherry Soda

Glassware

Long glass, full of ice

Method

Build and stir in glass

Garnish with a fizzy cherry sweet and a mint sprig

40ml St Rémy Signature

10ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup

20ml Espresso or Strong Cold Brew

10ml Coffee Liqueur

Martini or Coupe

Method

Shake hard and double strain

Garnish with a mini-Gingerbread or stencil dust with pumpkin spice

10ml Belle De Brillet

10ml Fino Sherry

5ml Fresh Lemon Peach

Top up with White Grape Soda

Method
